Why Use BPP Books, Not Tutor Notes or CA Notes?
DipIFR is examined on full IFRS, with ACCA's terminology and mark scheme. Notes written for Ind AS, CA Final or other courses miss parts of the DipIFR syllabus and don't show how ACCA awards marks. Can I use an older edition of the BPP DipIFR books?
We don't recommend it. Each edition reflects the standards examinable for its sittings, and new standards such as IFRS 18 and IFRS 19 can cost marks if you miss them. If your edition is one year old, replace at least the Study Text. If it is older, replace both books.
Can I use CA, ACCA FR or SBR notes instead of the DipIFR books?
Not on their own. DipIFR tests full IFRS in ACCA's exam style. The BPP books follow the DipIFR syllabus, and the Practice & Revision Kit's model answers show how marks are awarded.
Can I buy only one book?
Yes. Choose the Study Text or the Practice & Revision Kit on its own. Passcards are also sold separately.
