September 2026 results are out today. Here is every ACCA results date, the exact time results go live in UK, India, Gulf and Australian time, how to read your myACCA status report, and what to do next — including the December 2026 entry deadline and how many sittings remain before the new ACCA Qualification.
ACCA September 2026 results are released today, Monday 19 October 2026. Results go live in myACCA at 05:00 UK time — that is 9:30am IST in India, 8:00am GST in the UAE and Gulf, and 3:00pm AEDT in Sydney. December 2026 results follow on Monday 18 January 2027. If you are sitting in December, standard entry closes on 2 November 2026 (late entry 9 November).
1. ACCA exam results dates 2026 and 2027
Session exam results (Applied Skills and Strategic Professional) are released about five to six weeks after the exam week. The September and December 2026 dates below are taken from ACCA's important dates page. ACCA has not yet published the March and June 2027 dates.

ACCA's transition timeline confirms June 2027 is the final sitting of the current Applied Skills and Strategic Professional exams. The first sitting of the new Expertise and Strategic Professional exams is September 2027. That leaves December 2026, March 2027 and June 2027 to clear papers on the current syllabus. Your passes carry across automatically. *ACCA confirms March and June 2027 dates closer to the time.
Strategic Professional and the constructed-response Applied Skills papers are human-marked, so results take five to six weeks. Applied Knowledge papers (BT, MA, FA) and on-demand Corporate & Business Law (LW) are computer-marked: a provisional result shows on screen straight after the exam and is confirmed in myACCA shortly afterwards. 2. What time are ACCA results released — India, UK, Gulf and Australia
ACCA's myACCA help says session results are released at 05:00 UK time on the results date. India and the Gulf don't use daylight saving, but the UK and Australia do, so the local time shifts between sessions.

For June and September the UK is on BST, so results land at 9:30am IST / 8:00am GST. For December the UK is on GMT, so they land an hour later at 10:30am IST / 9:00am GST. 3. How to check your ACCA results
Results appear in myACCA at 05:00 UK time on results day. You can also receive them by email or text if you opted in a week ahead.
Go to myacca.accaglobal.com and log in with your ACCA student number and password. Reset your password before results day — the site is busiest on results morning.
Your result for each paper sat this session shows here. If the page is slow, wait a few minutes and refresh.
The status report shows your marks for the session (Section A), your overall exam status including exemptions (Section B), the Ethics and Professional Skills module (Section C), PER progress (Section D) and progress to membership (Section E). Save a copy for your employer.
If your result isn't in myACCA on results day, use ACCA's Contact us option in myACCA rather than third-party sites.
Your official result comes from myACCA, or the email or text ACCA sends if you opted in. Any third-party site claiming to show ACCA results early, or through a separate portal, is not legitimate.
4. What your myACCA result means

5. What your score actually means
The pass mark for every ACCA paper is 50%. There is no merit band, no distinction grade, and no official difference between a 51% pass and a 79% pass on your ACCA record — both are a pass.
Your mark shows on your status report, but your ACCA membership record shows the pass, not the mark. A borderline pass is as valid as a high one, so don't worry about whether 52% is a "weak" result.
This is common. Marking is standardised across markers, and a paper that felt brutal often felt brutal to everyone. In June 2026, Applied Skills pass rates ranged from 41% (PM) to 55% (TX), so many students who passed also walked out unsure. How you felt leaving the exam hall doesn't predict your result.

6. If you passed: what to do in the next 48 hours
That is 14 days after today's results. Late entry runs to 9 November at a higher fee. Popular centres fill up, so enter as soon as you know which paper you are sitting next. With June 2027 the final sitting on the current syllabus, every session now counts.

A fail doesn't mean you weren't capable. In June 2026, more than half of PM, AA and FM candidates worldwide failed. The question to answer calmly is when and how to resit — and with only three sittings left on the current syllabus, that decision matters more than usual.

The resit timing question: December 2026 or March 2027? For most Applied Skills papers, December is the right call — the syllabus is fresh and seven weeks is enough to fix the specific gaps behind the fail. The exception is if you genuinely don't know why you failed. Then use March 2027 and diagnose first. Avoid pushing to June 2027: it is the final current-syllabus sitting, so it leaves no room for another attempt before the transition.
8. Requesting an administrative review: is it worth it?
ACCA's administrative review checks that your script was processed correctly — that marks were totalled correctly, no pages were missed and marks were transferred accurately. It is not a re-mark of your answers. The fee is refunded if an error is found.

10. Mitigating circumstances
If something outside your control affected your performance — serious illness, bereavement, or a technical failure at the exam centre — you can notify ACCA of mitigating circumstances. The window closes shortly after the exam week, well before results: 15 September 2026 for the September session (now closed) and 15 December 2026 for December. If you sit in December and something goes wrong, notify ACCA before 15 December even if you are unsure of your result.
A mitigating circumstances notification does not change your mark. It flags your result for consideration where the evidence is strong. Use it only for genuine, documented circumstances.
11. The 6-week wait: how to use the time well
Between your last paper and results day, obsessing over answer discussions online and doing nothing at all are both counterproductive. Treat the gap as a planning window.
