These terms apply to the Eduyush ACCA Diploma in IFRS (DipIFR) course for the June 2027 and December 2027 exam sittings. Please read them before you enrol.

1. Course Enrolment and Acceptance

1.1 Course details

  • Course name: ACCA Diploma in IFRS (DipIFR)
  • Packages: Live classes, or Recorded + Live Exam Practice
  • Exam sitting: June 2027 only, or June 2027 + December 2027
  • Books: BPP ebooks, or printed BPP books (delivery within India only)
  • Course fee: as shown at checkout for the package, exam sitting and book format you choose
  • Delivery mode: online — live classes on Zoom and recorded lectures on the Eduyush learning platform

1.2 Enrolment confirmation

  • Enrolment is confirmed only when full payment is received.
  • Course access is provided within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
  • Login details are sent to your registered email address and WhatsApp number.

2. Course Inclusions

2.1 Included in every package

  • 60+ hours of recorded lectures, available from the date your access starts
  • Live exam practice classes before the exam — for the June 2027 sitting, from 15 May 2027 to 6 June 2027, as per the published timetable

2.3 Exam sitting options

  • June 2027 only: course access runs until the June 2027 exam.
  • June 2027 + December 2027: course access runs until the December 2027 exam. Live classes students may attend both the June 2027 and December 2027 live batches. Recorded + Live Exam Practice students keep access to the recorded lectures through to the December 2027 exam.
  • Access is not extended beyond the last exam sitting covered by your package.
  • BPP books supplied are the edition valid for the June 2027 sitting. If ACCA changes the DipIFR syllabus for December 2027, updated books are not included unless stated at the time of purchase.

3. Eligibility and ACCA Registration

3.1 ACCA eligibility for DipIFR

To sit the DipIFR exam you must meet ACCA's eligibility criteria. ACCA currently requires one of the following:

  • a relevant degree and two years' relevant accounting experience
  • three years' relevant accounting experience
  • ACCA Affiliate status
  • the ACCA Certificate in International Financial Reporting and two years' relevant accounting experience

ACCA decides eligibility. Please check you meet the criteria before enrolling, and refer to ACCA's website for the current requirements.

3.2 ACCA registration and exam fees

  • ACCA registration and exam fees are separate from the Eduyush course fee.
  • Eduyush guides you through ACCA registration, including eligibility and document upload. The registration route and fee are confirmed at enrolment.
  • ACCA exam fees are paid directly to ACCA and vary by the country where you sit the exam.
  • You are responsible for meeting ACCA's registration and exam entry deadlines. For the June 2027 sitting, ACCA registration closes on 5 April 2027.
  • Eduyush provides guidance but is not responsible for ACCA's registration, eligibility or exam decisions.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Course fees

  • Full payment is required at the time of enrolment.
  • Payment methods: online payment gateway, bank transfer, or as specified on the website.

4.2 Costs you are responsible for

  • ACCA registration and exam fees
  • Internet connection and a suitable device

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Cooling-off period

  • 7-day money-back guarantee from the enrolment date.
  • Applies only if you have accessed less than 10% of the course content.
  • Refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

5.2 Refund exclusions

No refund is provided:

  • after 7 days from the enrolment date
  • if more than 10% of the course content has been accessed
  • for any ACCA fees paid through Eduyush on your behalf
  • for printed books once dispatched
  • after you have sat the ACCA exam

5.3 Other refunds

  • If Eduyush discontinues the course: a full refund or an equivalent course transfer.
  • If technical issues on our side prevent access for more than 72 hours: a pro-rated refund will be considered.

6. Course Access and Technical Requirements

6.1 Access terms

  • Course access is valid until the last exam sitting covered by your package.
  • Single-user licence — sharing login details is prohibited.
  • Access may be suspended for misuse or breach of these terms.

6.2 Technical requirements

You are responsible for:

  • a stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps recommended)
  • a compatible device (Windows, Mac, Android or iOS)
  • an up-to-date browser with JavaScript enabled
  • a backup internet arrangement for live classes

6.3 Technical support

  • Technical support is available during business hours (10 AM – 6 PM IST).
  • Planned platform maintenance is communicated in advance.
  • No compensation is given for live classes missed because of a student's own technical issues; recordings remain available.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Course materials

  • All Eduyush content is proprietary to Eduyush and protected by copyright.
  • Materials are provided for your personal study only.
  • Reproduction, distribution or commercial use is strictly prohibited.
  • Screenshots, recordings or sharing of content will result in immediate account termination.

7.2 Violations

  • Legal action may be taken against copyright infringement.
  • No refund is provided for termination due to intellectual property violations.

8. Live Classes and Scheduling

8.1 Class schedule

  • Live classes run on weekends — Saturday 5 PM IST and Sunday 9:30 AM IST — as per the published timetable.
  • Each topic is taught once; there are no repeat classes.
  • The schedule may change with at least 24 hours' notice.
  • Recordings of live classes are provided within 48 hours, where technically feasible.

8.2 Live exam practice classes

  • The live exam practice classes are open to students on both packages, as marked in the published timetable.
  • Recorded + Live Exam Practice students receive the joining details for these classes with their course access.
  • These classes are recorded and added to your account.

8.3 Attendance

  • Students are encouraged to attend live classes for maximum benefit.
  • There is no penalty for missing a live class if you watch the recording.
  • Make-up classes for individual requests are not guaranteed.

9. Communication and Support

9.1 Official channels

9.2 Response times

10. Limitations and Disclaimers

10.1 Results

  • Completing the course does not guarantee success in the ACCA exam.
  • Pass rates and scores mentioned are historical results and are not guaranteed for individual students.
  • Results depend on individual effort, preparation and ACCA's assessment.

10.2 Relationship with ACCA

  • Eduyush (Yush Consultants) is an ACCA Registered Learning Partner.
  • ACCA policies, fees, syllabus changes and exam decisions are outside Eduyush's control.
  • Students must comply with all ACCA regulations and requirements.

10.3 Limitation of liability

  • Eduyush's liability is limited to the course fees paid.
  • Eduyush is not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages.
  • Force majeure events excuse delays in performance.

11. Course Changes and Cancellations

11.1 Course updates

  • The curriculum may be updated to reflect ACCA changes.
  • Platform updates may require brief service interruptions.
  • Students are notified of significant changes by email or WhatsApp.

11.2 Cancellation by Eduyush

  • A full refund is provided if the course is cancelled before it starts.
  • Alternative arrangements or an equivalent course are offered where possible.
  • At least 30 days' notice is given for non-emergency cancellations.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

12.1 Data collection

  • Personal information is collected for course delivery and ACCA registration guidance.
  • Data is shared with ACCA where required for registration.
  • Marketing communications can be opted out of at any time.

12.2 Data security

  • Industry-standard security measures are in place.
  • Data is retained as required by law.
  • Third-party services (payment gateways, learning platform) have their own privacy policies.

13. Dispute Resolution

13.1 Grievance process

  1. Email a detailed complaint to info@eduyush.com.
  2. We respond within 7 business days.
  3. Unresolved complaints are escalated to senior management.
  4. We aim for a final resolution within 30 days.

13.2 Jurisdiction

  • All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Mumbai courts.
  • These terms are governed by Indian law.
  • Arbitration is preferred for dispute resolution.

14. General Terms

14.1 Changes to these terms

  • These terms may be updated with 15 days' notice to enrolled students.
  • Continued use of the course means you accept the updated terms.
  • Significant changes are communicated by email.

14.2 Severability

  • If any clause is invalid, the remaining terms still apply.
  • Any waiver of these terms must be in writing.

Quality of lectures is good, but there are many expressions used which are specific for Indian language and Indian type of accounting. For example: lakh, 2,44,444, some clarifications are provided in Indian language.
