Because it's a writing paper as much as an audit paper. It's not enough to remember audit procedures — you must apply them to the scenario, explain why an issue matters, and write in the way the examiner awards marks, while earning the 20 professional skills marks. Generic memory-dump answers tend to fail; scenario-specific, well-structured ones pass.

Planning and risk assessment is always in Section A (the 50-mark question), and group audits are high-value, so prioritise both.
